Ancestral Powers

All characters receive a single Ancestral Power. You can pick any Ancestral Power for your character, regardless of which Ancestry you chose. Although almost all Peri (for example) choose Elemental Immunity: Cold, as a Player Character you are free to pick that one or any other. Choose from the list below. 

Aerial: You can use your movement to fly up to Far distance on your turn and can hover in place.

Aquatic: You can breathe, see, and move normally underwater.

Blink Step: You can use your movement to teleport to any unoccupied space within Near distance.

Dark Vision: You can see in the dark as easily as you see in the daylight.

Elemental Immunity: You ignore all damage from a single elemental type (Heat, Cold, Shock, Acid, Poison, Sonic, Psychic, Force, Radiant, or Necrotic).

Natural Weapons: You have claws, fangs, talons, or some other body part you can use as weapons. You can attack twice on your turn while using these weapons, and weak successes cause one wound while strong successes cause two wounds.

Powerful Build: You can use a large weapon in each hand or use a shield with a large weapon.

Shape Change: You can assume any animal form, from as small as a mouse to as large as an elephant. Your clothing, weapons, and equipment become part of your new form and are unusable in your animal form.

Tough: You have natural armor which gives you five armor points besides any armor you wear. The normal maximum of ten still applies.
